PART ONE - MAKE SURE YOUR SITE IS ACCEPTABLE
All vendors selling general merchandise and services must submit an application for review. We will notify you within 5-7 days.
The owners and developers of ChristianFleaMarket.com believe that Jesus Christ is the living Son of God, and that The Bible is the true, living Word of God. References to our beliefs will be included on any and/or all website pages of our choice.
Rules, Guidelines and Restrictions for all Members and Vendors of ChristianFleaMarket.com
While ChristianFleaMarket.com services are available for use by anyone who is approved as a Member or Vendor, there are some rules and guidelines you must adhere to when using any or all of our services.
Please make yourself familiar with these Rules and Regularions. Failure to comply with the terms set forth below can result in account or service removal, without notice, so it is important that you are aware of all of the rules that can affect your account and services.
We reserve the right to refuse any application for membership, or terminate membership, if we believe a website: [a] is low quality, a scam, or a waste of our customers' time; [b] contains any immodestly dressed individuals, promotes or links to sexually explicit, violent material or content not appropriate for ChristianFleaMarket.com; [c] is considered by us to be objectionable or unsuitable in any way, whether or not such material is constitutionally protected; [d] is no longer active or accessible to the general public, or [e] is an affiliate site, multi-level marketing site, comparison shopping site, or mirror site.
ChristianFleaMarket.com vendors can be held legally accountable for their contents on ChristianFleaMarket that include material protected by copyright, patent, trademark, or trade secret law. It is your responsibility to check copyright laws and comply.
ChristianFleaMarket reserves the right to amend or change the Terms of Services, the Rules and Regulations, at any time and without prior notice.
If you notice anyone breaking any of the rules, please notify us immediately at nancy@christianfleamarket.com
MAINTAINING YOUR WEBSITE: If your website will be down for any length of time, please advise ChristianFleaMarket.com. If during routine checks we cannot access your site, you'll be contacted once by e-mail. If we don't hear from you and/or if we determine that your site is no longer active, it will be deleted. We don't want our shoppers finding dead links!

RIGHT TO TERMINATE MEMBERSHIP: We will terminate your membership for violation of any rules of ChristianFleaMarket.com We pride ourselves on being a friendly, cordial business community and we'll defend that reputation with vigor!
LAW: These terms of service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida in the United States of America.
